PASMA Training provided by Turner Access covers BOTH 3T and Advance Guardrail training, which features BetaGuard® Integral Advance Guardrail System. PASMA is an organisation committed to the safe use of mobile access towers, through provision of work at height training.

Turner Access offers PASMA Training at Head Offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen and at customer premises (subject to availability and delegate numbers, please ask for more details).

PASMA Training aims and objectives are to ensure that operatives can demonstrate that they are competent to assemble, dismantle, alter, move, inspect and use mobile access towers without risk of personal injury, or anyone who may be affected by their work.

PASMA Training also intends to give an understanding of the legal issues affecting work at height with mobile access towers, the relevant product standards which relate to the equipment, and a thorough knowledge of the hazards affecting the use of mobile access towers.

PASMA Certificate of Competence:

• On successful completion of a PASMA standard training course (or PASMA low level access course) with Turner Access, delegates receive a Certificate of Competence and ID card, which are recognised by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and valid for five years.

PASMA Courses generally commence at 8.45am and finish around 4.00pm. Before lunch, courses cover the relevant theory supported by video and other visual presentation aids. The afternoon is a practical session.

All Employers of personnel requiring training in the safe use of tower assembly should consider Manufacturer approved Advance Guardrail training, in full compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and HSE guidance.
