Behavioural Safety

Behavioural Safety Training explores the relationship and attitude towards safety in the workplace.

Incident and Injury-Free Orientation (IIF) is delivered to improve the levels of safety awareness by making it personal, relevant and important, such that it impacts choices and actions.

250 million accidents per year create absence from work. 3,000 people are killed at work every day. (Source: International Labour Organisation, 15th World Congress on Occupational Safety and Health, 1999)

Unfortunately, the common response is “....but it won’t happen to me”.

Behavioural Safety Training Objective is:

  • “To create a company that believes that injury or occupational illness is unacceptable and in which all members of the team are committed to living within an incident free environment”.

The Behavioural Safety Training concludes with a self-assessment “My Relationship to Safety”.
