Scissor Lifts
These MEWP's are excellent when large areas of
work are to be covered. They can be driven while elevated and
usually have a large capacity allowing you to take tools and
light materials up to the workplace with you. Restrictions are
that these machines have a limited outreach and generally
require surfaces that are flat, hard and level. |

Personnel Lifts
These MEWP's are perfect when there is restricted
access to the workplace. These machines fit through most doors
and are much lighter than scissor lifts. They can reach great
height, but can only take one person and some tools. There is no
outreach and the machine cannot be driven while elevated.

Self Propelled Booms (cherrypicker)
Like the scissor lift, this MEWP can be driven
while elevated. Above that, it has an outreach so that you can
reach over obstacles. The capacity is less than that of a
scissor lift, and it also needs a flat and level surface to
operate. |

All Terrain Booms
This MEWP is specially designed when access to
the work is via rough terrain. Excellent for sites off the
beaten track or very rough building sites. Once the machine is
in place it needs a reasonable level and hard surface to deploy
the outriggers. The machine cannot be driven while elevated.

Trailer Mounted Booms
Trailer mounted booms (cherrypickers) are very
popular by people who have to do small jobs in various places.
It can be towed by a normal car and can therefore be picked up
from our depots by yourself, eliminating delivery charges. These
MEWP's are not self propelled, i.e. they cannot be driven while
elevated. But like the self propelled and all terrain booms,
they have an outreach so that you can work over obstacles.
