Full Collective Protection to prevent the risk of fall as required by Regulation 6:3 and Health & Safety Statutory Requirements in general, can be achieved for Scaffolding (including Towers & falsework) during erection, dismantling and alteration operations by adopting Turner Access methodology.

Current practice established and adopted through published guidance and training continue to expose erectors to the risk of fall with the work processes that, at best, rely upon harnesses and other mitigation measures.
