Knud Højland Pedersen
Knud has spent over 18 years in access, scaffolding and construction-related industries at senior management level. He joined Turner Access in March 2017 as Managing Director. One of Knud’s previous roles included working for our rental partner in Denmark, where Knud and his team were instrumental in establishing Turner OCTO®’s presence in Denmark. Knud’s drive and passion for seeing the company grow has focussed our business to achieve significant goals in scaffold sales, rental and contracting.
Alastair started with Turner Access in 1995 via a ‘Graduate into Business’ programme. Over the last twenty years, Alastair has been involved in Manufacturing, Financial Management and Procurement, gaining the MCIPS qualification in 2005. In his current role as Operations Director, Alastair is responsible for all operational aspects of the business, with particular focus on Procurement and Finance, Business Systems and Improvement.
Head of Sales & Marketing
Simon joined Turner Access in 2016 as Area Sales Manager, gaining promotion in June 2017 to Head of Sales & Marketing. Simon has been involved in the scaffolding industry for over 18 years, working in various operational, commercial and senior management roles. In his current role, Simon is responsible for sales, rental and contracts throughout the UK and worldwide.
Fiona started with Turner Access in 2004, initially as a marketing executive on a one-year graduate placement. In 2008, she was promoted to a senior management position, taking up the role of Marketing Manager. Fiona is currently responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote all areas of Turner Access in various industry sectors.
General Manager (Contracts)
Roddy has been involved in the scaffolding industry for over 40 years, starting as a trainee scaffolder in 1978 and gaining experiencing in different roles throughout his career, including Supervisor, Contracts Manager, Estimator and Surveyor. In his current role as General Manager, Roddy is responsible for the overall management of Turner Access Contract Scaffolding, including improving operational processes and expanding our customer base.
Douglas joined the company in August 2017, bringing with him over 30 years’ experience and expertise in manufacturing and lean management. Before joining Turner Access, he was European Continuous Improvement Manager for a global manufacturer. Currently, Douglas manages our scaffold manufacturing facility; responsible for overall production output and driving best practice in the manufacturing process.
